Stokes Takes The Win on Lake Sinclair
Barry Stokes of Oxford, GA took first place for the Ram American Fishing Tour District 72 tournament on June 6th at Lake Sinclair. Blasting of from the Little River Marina, Stokes brought in 14.45 lbs to the scale for the win. He Caught his fish on top water and flipping soft plastics on wood, grass, docks, and walls in 3-8 feet of water. He took home $522 for his efforts.
Coming in second was Derek Johnson of Lumber City, Ga with a weight of 14.29 lbs. Derek also takes big fish honors with a 4.99 lb beauty.
Third place goes to Mike Blackshear of Macon, GA with a weight of 12.04 lbs.
Rounding out the top 4 was Tim Howell of Ball Ground, GA.
The next tournament of the division will be June 24th Oconee and June 25th Sinclair. This will be the districts two day event.

These anglers are earning valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual Ram American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of the Year Final Round at the Ram American Fishing Tour National Championship.
